QR Code & External Sharing Disclaimer

QR Codes

Memory Banx generates QR codes that link to memorial pages, albums, and other content. When you create or purchase a QR product:

• The QR code links to a URL we control. If our Service becomes unavailable, the QR code will not function.
• Physical QR products (plaques, cards, tags) link to digital content. The physical product is yours; the digital content is subject to these Terms and our Service availability.
• Public QR codes can be scanned by anyone. Set appropriate privacy levels on the linked content.

External Sharing

When you share content via links, SMS, email, or social media:

• Shared links may be forwarded. Once a link leaves Memory Banx, we cannot control who accesses it.
• Public content is viewable by anyone with the link, including search engines.
• Passcode-protected content requires the passcode to view, but the passcode can be shared by the recipient.
• You are responsible for the audience you share with.

Link Expiration

Shared links remain active as long as the underlying content exists and the sharing settings permit access. If you delete content or change privacy settings, existing shared links will stop working.
