Data Retention Policy

Active Accounts
While your account is active, we retain all data you have provided and generated through use of the Service.
Account Deletion
When you delete your account:

| Account information (name, email) | Deleted within 30 days |
| Photos, videos, documents | Deleted within 30 days |
| Memorial pages you created | Removed unless transferred to another user or partner |
| Messages, comments, guestbook entries | Deleted within 30 days |
| Payment records | Retained for 7 years (tax/legal compliance) |
| Encrypted backups | Purged within 90 days |
Inactive Accounts
Accounts with no login activity for 24 months may be flagged as inactive. We will attempt to notify you via email before taking any action. If the account remains inactive after notification, we may archive or delete the account.
Data Export
You can export all your data at any time through Settings > Account > Data Export. The export includes photos, videos, documents, and metadata in standard formats.
Right to Deletion
You may request deletion of specific content or your entire account at any time by:
- Using the in-app deletion features.
- Emailing privacy@memorybanx.io.
We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
