Children & Family Content Policy

Age Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to create a Memory Banx account.
• Users between 13 and 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

Photos of Children

Memory Banx is a family-oriented platform. Parents and guardians routinely upload photos and videos that include their children. We understand and support this use.

Guidelines for Family Content

• Only upload photos of children you have parental authority over or explicit permission to share.
• Use privacy controls. Family content should be shared in private spaces or password-protected albums, not public memorials (unless the memorial is for the child).
• Other members of shared spaces can view content you share. Only invite trusted family and friends.

COPPA Compliance

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete it and associated data promptly.

Reporting Concerns

If you see content on Memory Banx that exploits or endangers a child, report it immediately using the in-app Report button or by emailing abuse@memorybanx.io. We will investigate within 24 hours and report to NCMEC if required by law.
