Overview

Memory Banx respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe content on Memory Banx infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent with:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material on our Service that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
4. Your contact information (address, phone number, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification with:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and its former location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake.
4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of federal court.

Repeat Infringers

We may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
