Print & Physical Products Terms

Ordering

When you order physical products through the Memory Banx store, you are purchasing a product manufactured by a third-party fulfillment partner. Current partners include Gelato and Prodigi.

Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in USD.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and product type.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. Memory Banx does not store your full payment card details.
• Prices may change; the price at checkout is the price you pay.

Production and Shipping

• Orders typically enter production within 1-2 business days.
• Production times vary by product (2-7 business days).
• Shipping times depend on destination and carrier.
• You will receive tracking information when your order ships.

Quality and Returns

• If a product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
• We will provide a replacement or refund for defective products.
• Because products are custom-made with your content, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse.
• Color variations between screen display and printed product are normal and not considered defects.

Content Responsibility

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to print the content you order.
• We do not review content for copyright compliance before printing.
• Orders containing prohibited content (see Acceptable Use Policy) may be cancelled.
