Content Ownership & Control Policy

Your Content, Your Rights

Memory Banx does not claim ownership of any content you upload. Your photos, videos, documents, stories, and other media remain yours.

What We Can Do With Your Content

When you upload content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store it securely on our servers.
• Display it within the app and web views you've configured (albums, spaces, memorials).
• Process it for thumbnails, compression, and media optimization.
• Deliver it to people you've shared it with.

This license exists solely to operate the Service. We do not use your content for advertising, AI training, or any purpose unrelated to providing Memory Banx to you.

Content Control

You can:

• Delete any content you uploaded at any time.
• Set privacy on albums, spaces, and memorials (public, private, passcode-protected).
• Export all your data through Settings > Data Export.
• Revoke access by removing members from spaces or changing sharing settings.

Shared Content

When you share content in a collaborative space, other members can view it. If you delete content from a shared space, it is removed for all members.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

All content associated solely with your account is queued for deletion within 30 days. Content in shared spaces owned by others may persist if other members contributed to it.

Print Products

When you order a print product, we share the necessary images with our fulfillment partners (Gelato, Prodigi) solely to produce your order. These partners delete the images after fulfillment.
